How I can Support You

Life Coaching & Couples Therapy, Online and in Person in the Forest of Dean

Individuals

Through Transformational Coaching I will help you navigate through your self-doubt and confusion to confidence and clarity

Couples

I’ll support you to develop your communication through non-defended hearing – a way to truly listen and understand your partner

Transformational Coaching or Psychotherapy?

If your not feeling content and know you need to change something or if you’re seeking clarity and a way forward with a particular challenge then Coaching will help you identify the barriers and find a way through

If you’re a couple struggling emotionally, generally discontent in your relationship, unable to navigate the pain and frustration then Psychotherapy is your likely route to resolution. Psychotherapy offers you a neutral space with me supporting you to communicate so you can both be heard and understood.

My Approach

My clients value my ability to reframe and communicate what they’re saying to help them understand what they mean or what they need. I enquire with compassionate curiosity and tease out the depths of any struggles. I enable my clients to grow beyond their limiting beliefs and debilitating choices and move into making more intentional, purposeful and aligned decisions.

As a qualified Psychotherapist and Certified Life Coach my skills lie in reflecting what I am hearing in a way that brings about more clarity and the potential for change.
